This photo is from yesterday at the Civil Affairs office where our new daughter slept through the entire process, including having her foot stamped onto the adoption papers. During the meeting we completed the paperwork that made her our daughter as far as China is concerned, and we also did some of the documents for her passport. Her Chinese passport will be in her Chinese name, but the adoption paperwork has her new name. Hope we did this right!
