Kathryn has been sleeping in bed next to Mom. She took one look at the crib the hotel provided and began crying. Every night she tosses about a bit less, hopefully a sign that she is getting more comfortable with her new parents. When she does wake at night she will reach for Mom to make sure she is there, and if not, begin crying. She loves a soft book we brought for her and she holds it all the time. Last night I had put it on a shelf about 18" above the bed after she fell asleep. I woke in the middle of the night and saw she had it in her hand again!
